Whitman & Associates will coordinate and secure the acquisition of any and all event production equipment needs. 

This includes the provision of sound systems (large and small), stage lighting, broadcast quality cameras for live imaging, backline instruments (guitars, keyboards, drums, amplifiers, etc.) and union and non union production labor (stagehands, projectionists, camera operators, decorators, teamsters, etc.).

We ensure that professional production and labor services are provided in accordance with talent rider requirements and necessary production needs for each event or performance.

Air, Ground, and Hotel Coordination Whitman & Associates will coordinate and purchase all airfares and hotel accommodations for national and local talent in accordance with the designated budget of each client.

We excel in  negotiating the lowest possible number of airfares and hotel rooms with the signed talent for each show in accordance with the required rider agreements for each group. Whitman & Associates will negotiate the most reasonable and cost efficient airfares and hotel costs for each group, performer or speaker that we contract with for your event. 

When requested, we provide consultation and assistance in pursuing sponsorships with national airline and hotel companies for support to lower your event costs. We also provide secure and reliable ground transportation to and from hotel, airport, and venues as needed.

Whitman & Associates works with each client individually as you determine the services needed for your event. We assist you in evaluating your goals and ideas to help to create a custom plan for your event. 

This includes options in selecting venues, stage set-up, talent booking, support with sponsorship, vendors, options for advertising and marketing and other resources.

Whitman & Associates will assist or coordinate the provision of all hospitality (including food) requirements for groups, performers or speakers we contract with for each event in accordance with the requested rider requirements. Hospitality (catering) and dressing room requirements are negotiated within and in accordance with the designated budget of each client.

We take pride in and excel in  negotiating the most reasonable and cost efficient dressing room and hospitality requirements for each group, performer or speaker without making them feel uncomfortable or  that we are not meeting their necessary requirements to speak or perform. When requested we will also pursue sponsorships for hospitality and catering to fulfill all rider requirements.
